동역학적 시스템, 특히 오픈 시스템에서 시스템의 급격한 변화를 따라잡지 못해 전이transition가 일어나는 티핑을 속도로 인한 티핑rate-induced tipping, 혹은 간단히 R-티핑R-tipping이라 한다.
