英語論文では、Figure, Table, Appendix, Diagramなどの図表・付録を示す単語の頭文字は常に大文字で表記する。また、a/an/theなどの冠詞は付けない。特に数学論文ではDefinition, Theorem, Lemmaなどの前にtheを付けないことを覚えておこう。
